Tablet containers are available in the market with CT or CRC Caps.

Parekhplast hereby presents a Desiccant Cap suitable for Tablet Containers in the sizes of 40 cc, 60 cc and 100 cc bottles.

These bottles are made from High Density Polyethylene, a recyclable plastic resin known for its exceptional moisture and vapour barrier properties (MVTR) and stiffness. These containers are in neck size of 33 and 36 mm, and are suitable for holding 30, 60 and 90 capsules / tablets.

The advantage with this new dessicant caps is that now there will not be any need to add a separate desiccant pouch inside the container.

A new Tamper Evident cap to fit this container has been developed, with capability to carry desiccant of 0.8 gm, 1.5gm and 2 gm Silica gel or Molecular sieve in its chamber.

Parekhplast now comes out with its new range of Tablet Containers with Spiral & Non Spiral Desiccant Caps.This kind of packaging allows customers to pack hygroscopic tablets or other capsules in pharma ready packing & not worry about mixing of the desiccant with tablets/capsules inside the container.

These bottles and caps have been designed for highly hygroscopic products which are very sensitive to moisture. Humidity permeating into the packaging can cause compressed and film-coated tablets to dissolve prematurely, become discoloured, lose their potency or develop unwanted odours.

• These caps have inbuilt chamber suitable for carrying desiccant from 0.8gm to 2gm depending upon the intensity of hygroscopic nature of the product.

• These caps can be offered with both – with spiral ring and without spiral ring. The advantage of Spiral ring in side is to control rattling of tablets and thus avoid tablet breakages.
