Qualification & Competency

  • Any Graduate and an MBA from B grade institute
  • Having 5-6 years of experience in institutional sales servicing to Pharma/cosmetics in Western region
  • Computer Literate
  • Innovate Thinking, Aggressivness, Assertivness, Proactivness and Target Oriented

Location: Mumbai (Head Office)

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
  • New Business Development from different industries.
  • Client Management.
  • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets and Studing the competitors products & services.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on organisation objectives, market characteristics & cost.
  • Direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
  • Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, & packaging.
  • Involvement form lead generation to the closer of the sales process.
  • Negotiations and closures
  • Coordinate with accounts dept. regarding payments & collections issues.
  • Sales reports on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Inventory management.
  • Solve the problems of transporter and assuring timely delivery.
